Andy joined the ICHS Foundation in August 2009.  Born and raised in Hong Kong, Andy moved to Seattle to finish his study in the field of Economics at the University of Washington. Prior to his graduation, Prudential Financial recruited Andy to their diversity group. Having enjoyed success as a financial planner, and later the recruiting manager for the state of Washington for Prudential Financial, Andy recently started his own financial planning firm in Mercer Island, WA. Andy Speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English. He lives in Bellevue with his wife, Elizabeth, and their son Kaden.

Sarah has been with the ICHS Foundation since shortly after its inception in 2007.  Prior to becoming the Foundation Development Officer in November 2009, she was the Foundation Coordinator for two years.  She earned her Master’s degree in 2007 from the Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Operations on the board of Asian Adult Adoptees of Washington (AAAW) and also represents AAAW on the board of the International Korean Adoptee Associations (IKAA) network. Originally from Kansas City, Sarah has also lived & worked in Omaha, Boston, and Seoul prior to moving to Seattle in 2003.
